Samantha and Dan came down to beautiful Manuel Antonio to do some wedding scouting for their up and coming 2019 wedding, and I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing their engagement photos. Yay!
Can we just pause for a second and talk about what a great idea it is to come down and check out venues and vendors for your big day. There are so many pluses to this choice but of course I want to focus specifically on the photography side of it. Not only are you getting a chance to meet your potential wedding photographer, you are also getting a chance to test out her (or his) vibe behind the camera and see if y’all mesh well together. You may even want to try out a local stylist and your wedding day hairstyle to see how it holds up in the beautiful, yet sometimes humid jungle climate. And bonus – you will be coming away with some amazing photos of the two of you in your wedding destination that can be used for your Save the Date invites. It’s a win-win!
